INGEAR.NET Cannot re-activate after de-activation

PROBLEM:  A INGEAR.NET license was deactivated and cannot be reactivated.

CAUSE: When License Manager deactivates a license, the license file is deleted.

SOLUTION: Reinstall License Manager and select "REPAIR" as the setup option
